WATCH THOSE FUEL INVOICES

If any agency is purchasing fuel from Southern Counties Oil Company under the LAMPPAC 10-City bid, please review your invoices closely. There are two price structures under this contract - one for less than 5,000 gallons (in aggregate) and the other for 5,000 or more gallons. You may be getting billed for the under 5,000 quantity even though your agency may have purchased more than 5,000. For questions regarding this matter, contact John Anderson, General Services Coordinator, City of Manhattan Beach @ (310) 802-5569, or e-mail janderson@ci.manhattan-beach.ca.us

WELCOMES AND CONGRATULATIONS!

We welcomed Carole Ayuso, C.P.M, from the City of Anaheim to our October meeting and hope to see her again. Current members should do their part to recruit some new members to our organization. Congratulations to Tim Shay of Monterey Park on his promotion to Support Services Supervisor! We know he'll do a great job.
