CAPITAL ITEMS BEING COMBINED

We are requesting that all agencies bring their capital item listing to the November meeting to see if we can find some common items to jointly bid. We will discuss the items and see what can be done to save some time and money.

GREENTRAC PRESENTATION

Thomas Michael of Greentrac will be presenting information regarding their electronic procurement solution at the November meeting. Members can post and award RFQ's and RFP's with great time, effort and money savings. Please join us to see what Greentract can do for the members of LAMPPAC.

BIDBOARD UTILIZATION

Discussion at the October meeting regarding the use of the bidboard presented some great information to members. All bids can be posted on the site; big and small. We do not require only formal bids. The bidboard is an information gathering site which will allow each agency to see what's available and determine if they can utilize the bids. Please take a few moments to fill out the information submittal form on the bidboard for your bids. It will benefit all members. You can also submit to remove bids that have expired or are not going to be renewed. If you have any questions, please contact Christine Roberto, City of Downey.
