ARCH WIRELESS

Representatives from Arch Wireless were present to discuss customer service issues along with their bankruptcy filing. Arch has centralized all problem resolution to their Burbank office. They have also assigned Gloria Rodriguez (inside representative) to handle the LAMPPAC agencies. She is available Mon. through Fri. from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Her number is 818-972-3774 and her e-mail is gloria.rodriguez@arch.com. Arrangements are being made for those agencies that require service outside those hours and when Gloria is unavailable. In addition, should you have difficulties with your outside representative or other problems, please contact Anthony Ginsburg, District Sales Manager, at 818-955-4322 or anthony@arch.net or anthony.ginsburg@arch.com. A listing of outside representatives will be provided shortly. Arch is reorganizing under their Chapter 11 filing and business will continue as usual. If you have any questions regarding this issue, please contact Gwen at geng@citymb.info or 310-802-5567.
