Kathleen Hodge continued discussions on water purification and the safety of tap water.

Beverly Crisp is planning on retiring soon and is looking for a contract to promote the City.

Jan Steese said that the Arcadia Fire Dept. has moved into their new facilities.

Paul Martinez stated that the City of Santa Fe Springs is on a two year Budget plan.

Richard Hogate stated that El Segundo will be doing more hiring as people retire.

Margarita Lee announced that our speaker for the September meeting will be Gerard Mooney of Standard Register. They have the State of California WSCA contract for printing.
